As we enter our 40th year, we look to solidify our role as a leader in advancing women business owners who are in the growth and expansion phases of their business. Through a new partnership with St. Catherine University, Masters of Arts in Leadership program, NAWBO-MN will enhance its educational offerings and provide advanced leadership development curriculum specifically designed for the female entrepreneur. 2018 education will further center around the tools that women in these phases of their business need now: financial acumen and human capital management. This trifecta of leadership, finance and people is the essence of our mission.
